Norway – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Research and review assignments on accessibility to NAV offices.

Different evaluations and surveys have asked questions about aspects of the NAV offices ́ accessibility, especially for users who are not adequately taken care of by telephone or by digital services. We would, based on this, gain more and total knowledge about the availability of services and services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. The aim of the procurement is that the Ministry shall get an updated knowledge basis on the availability of NAV offices.
