What does Pro (NOK 18,000/yr) add over Free?
Pro adds daily email alerts on saved searches, full visibility into award winners and amounts (Free shows only the most recent 30 days), capability-tag filtering, watchlists for buyers and suppliers, and CSV export. Pricing is NOK 18,000/yr (~€1,540) annual; monthly billing is also available.
When should I upgrade to Enterprise?
Enterprise (from NOK 120,000/yr, ~€10,300) is for teams that need API access, multiple user seats (up to 20), custom defense-domain classification rules, and SLA-backed support. Most SMB defense capture teams stay on Pro; primes and BD teams larger than 5 typically need Enterprise.
Can I try Pro before committing to a year?
Yes — Pro is offered monthly as well as annually. Start monthly to evaluate the alert workflow and capability-tag value; switch to annual once you've validated the fit.
Do you offer discounts for SMBs, academia, or non-profits?
We do not currently publish standard discounts, but accredited research institutions and registered non-profits can email support for educational pricing. The Free tier is broadly capable enough for most academic and journalist use cases.
