About WULFRN
WULFRN is a free, AI-enriched intelligence platform for NATO defense procurement. We aggregate every defense tender and contract award across 32 NATO nations, NSPA, NCIA, and US DoD — searchable in one place, no login required.
What is WULFRN?
Defense procurement is fragmented across dozens of national portals, NATO agencies, and EU databases — each with different formats, languages, and search interfaces. WULFRN brings them together into a single, normalized, AI-enriched search engine.
Every tender is automatically classified by defense domain (Naval, Air, Land, Cyber, C4ISR, and more), tagged with specific capability keywords, assessed for SME suitability, and summarized in plain English by AI. This means you can find relevant opportunities in seconds, not hours.

Frequently asked questions
What is WULFRN?
WULFRN is a free, AI-enriched intelligence platform for NATO defense procurement. It aggregates every defense tender and contract award across 32 NATO nations, NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA), and US Department of Defense via SAM.gov — searchable in one place, with no login required.
Who founded WULFRN?
WULFRN was founded by Vilhelm Drosjer, a Norwegian founder focused on closing the visibility gap between NATO defense buyers and the suppliers who can serve them. The platform is operated independently and is not affiliated with any government agency or industry body.
How does WULFRN verify a tender is defense-relevant?
Every record is checked against a curated buyer allowlist of 258 NATO defense entities (Forsvarsmateriell, BAAINBw, DGA, FMV, DLA, NSPA, NCIA, and the equivalent national agencies across all 32 NATO nations) and against a defense-relevant CPV taxonomy. Only records that pass both checks are tagged is_defense=true. This filters out civilian-noise contracts — 22,211 verified-defense rows isolated from 160,096 total ingested rows.
Which data sources does WULFRN aggregate?
WULFRN ingests daily from TED (EU/EEA), Doffin (Norway, including below-threshold contracts), NSPA, NCIA, SAM.gov (US DoD), and the four other Nordic national portals: FMV.se / e-Avrop (Sweden), udbud.dk (Denmark), HILMA (Finland), and Ríkiskaup (Iceland). Nine portals total, every 24 hours.
Is WULFRN really free, or is there a paid tier?
The free tier covers all 32 NATO nations with full search, filter, and view access — no time limit, no login required to search. Pro (NOK 18,000/yr, ~€1,540) adds email alerts, award winners + amounts, capability tags, and watchlists. Enterprise (NOK 120,000+/yr) adds API access, team seats, and custom defense-domain classification. See wulfrn.com/pricing for the full breakdown.
