Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Provision of Management Services – National Gateway Organisation to operate All In Access Scheme in the Republic of Ireland

This is a contract for Gateway management services for the Irish iteration of “All In”, a new audience Access Scheme in the UK and Ireland. It includes the requirement to lead on a national business development model for subscriber onboarding to this scheme as well as providing day-to-day subscriber support and factoring in national variations in provision. The successful tenderer will also be required to work with Arts Council Ireland and the “All In” UK based Project Lead team, to develop and deliver an initial pilot of the scheme in the Republic of Ireland. The contract will be awarded for a period of 36 months with the option to extend by one further period of up to 12 months.
