Norway – Legal services – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE AND UNDERLYING AGENCIES AND NATIONAL SECURITY AUTHORITY.

The Ministry of Defence (FD) with underlying departments, and the National Security Authority (NSM) (together called the Contracting Authority), invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement on the purchase of legal services. The FD's underlying departments are currently The Norwegian Defence, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency and the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment. As a result of ongoing reorganisations in the sector, new departments can be established during the contract period that will be included in the framework agreement. FD is a government office responsible for the design and implementation of Norwegian security and defence policy. The Ministry is responsible for overall management and control of the subject departments ́ activities. As a part of the executive government, the FD oversees the activities of the underlying agencies.
