Norway – Security, fire-fighting, police and defence equipment – Framework agreement for the purchase of a liberation tool
🇳🇴Oslo kommune v/ Brann- og redningsetaten·Norway
Full Description
OBRE needs to establish a framework agreement for the procurement of a liberation tool for use in fire and rescue efforts. During 2025 OBRE receives three new fire engines that shall be equipped with a modern and functional liberation tool. This equipment is decisive for efficient and safe handling of road accidents and other events where persons must be freed from vehicles or structures. In addition to equipping the three new fire engines, OBRE has an ongoing need for supplementing and replacing a liberation tool. This applies to both future procurements of new fire engines and if there is a need to replace existing equipment that is outdated, damaged or has reached its lifetime. The framework agreement shall therefore cover both one-time procurements and ongoing needs. The framework agreement will be valid for 4 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years (4+2 years). The estimated value of the contract is NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT during the entire contract period.
