Norway – Lift-maintenance services – EBE 04 - 2024 Framework agreement Administration of lift alarms

Bergen municipality, c/o the Building and Property Department, invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for the administration of lift alarms. The Agency for Buildings and Property has approx. 268 lift facilities divided between 265 buildings in its portfolio. Of these, there are currently 210 lift alarms on a framework agreement. As a starting point, all installations that are not in guarantee shall be covered by this contract. There may be changes in the portfolio as lifts and installations are modernised or replaced. The general objective of the contract is to ensure that the lift alarms always function in accordance with the purpose.
