Ireland – Pharmacy services – RFT for the provision of community pharmacy services to Avista CLG

Avista seeks administrative support in the delivery of medication/prescription combinations to patients per GP and or MDT recommendations. Residents at St. Joseph’s can be elderly and/or have different levels of abilities and needs. They require a more managed approach to medications/prescriptions, as they often change and may require changes in dosage, type or completely new prescriptions on a spontaneous scale.
