Norway – Surveillance services – Framework agreement - monitoring system for solar panel installations.

Oslobygg needs an operational and monitoring system for solar panel installations. The framework agreement will involve a one-time installation on all the existing installations, and an option for the contracting authority to install on future installations. The delivery consists of a firmware part and a software part. Oslobygg currently has 56 solar panel installations located in locations all around Oslo. Oslobygg would like to procure a joint monitoring system for the entire 'solar car park'. The installations vary in size and age.
