Lot 1 – Green for Business. Consult businesses on green concepts, providing technical or advisory supports on lowering their carbon footprint, reducing costs and improving the environmental profile of the business, preparation and presentation of reports to the Head of Enterprise Lot 2 – Lean for Business. Consult businesses on lean concepts. Support the business for an agreed period to yield beneficial savings, improves systems, processes and better communication, preparation and presentation of reports to the Head of Enterprise. Lot 3 – Digital for Business. Consult businesses on digital concepts, help businesses prepare and implement a plan for the adoption of digital tools and techniques, preparation and presentation of reports to the Head of Enterprise.
