🇳🇴Utlendingsdirektoratet·Norway
Full Description
The general objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement to ensure that UDI can meet political decisions as regards: The initial phase of receipt of the transfer refugees who have Norway decided to receive occurs in an appropriate manner (OFF). Asylum seekers return, and in some cases are escorted, voluntarily/assisted to their homeland (Recycling unit RTE). In both cases, activities at Oslo Airport shall be efficient and take care of all considerations, both formal and human. Particularly assisted returns shall ensure that there is sufficient capacity so that a lack of resources in this phase does not prevent returns from being carried out. The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and part IV. The contracting authority plans to carry out negotiations, but only if it is deemed appropriate for the contracting authority. Tenderers must therefore reckon that a contract can be awarded without a dialogue with the tenderers in addition to making any clarifications/corrections.
