Norway – Guidance and counselling services – Intention notice - Agreement between Randaberg municipality and the Foundation Alternative to Violence (ATV).

Randaberg municipality intends to enter into a contract with alternative to Vold Stavanger (ATV) for the operation of treatment and follow-up offers for families with violence problems, as well as competence development for the municipality ́s employees. The tender includes treatment for violence drug victims, violent adults and children, as well as preventive work and professional professional days. Reasons for selection of tenderer: The contracting authority estimates that there is only one supplier who can provide the service with the necessary professional quality and competence, as well as localisation close to the users. Alternative to Vold Stavanger has established methodology, special competence and experience that makes them the only real tenderer for this service. This is pursuant in the Public Procurement Regulations § 30-6.
