Norway – Guard services – Procurement of a framework agreement for security guard services, technical service assignments and alarm equipment for vestfold museums IKS (Qualification Phase).

Vestfoldmuseene IKS shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for services that shall i.a. ensure the protection of the Contracting Authority's values and reputation at different locations, including art and cultural history museums as well as administration and storage locations. This includes the following security guard services: General security guard services, i.e. stationary security guard assignments and mobile security guard services at events, Such as at a Pride festival and art transport Printing in accordance with requirementsUnlike security related assignments that can vary during the framework agreement period, Following is also included in the framework agreement: Technical service assignments Procurement of alarm systems and alarm equipment The estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. NOK 2.6 million excluding VAT per annum, equivalent to approx. NOK 10.4 million excluding VAT. framework agreement period (including option years). This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement is NOK 13 million excluding VAT.
