Norway – Network equipment – Framework agreement for the procurement of equipment for a computer centre and consultancy services connected to this

IKT Nordfjord would like to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer for the procurement of the following types of equipment and services: - Access point - Network equipment - edge switch - Network equipment - computer centre/corewitscer - Network equipment - smaller storage walls - Server - Blade servers - SAN disk for the existing SAN - UPS - surge protection/battery - Consultancy services connected to equipment in the above points. For more information please refer to SSA-K Annex 1, the Contracting Authority ́s requirement specification. The scope of the contract is unclear, and ICT-Nordfjord/Nordfjordnett or municipalities that split nokon purchase obligation in volume in accordance with this procurement are not applicable. The contract will be signed as a Framework agreement in accordance with SSA-K with adaptations for coordinating with the framework agreement, including annexes (see annex). The framework agreement has a permanent contract for 1 year, with the contracting authority ́s own option to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is unclear, as the contracting authority expects a change of technology. The estimated volume of the contract is approx. NOK 7-10 million per annum. As a ceiling for this agreement, the contract will form the basis for procurements up to NOK 10 million per annum, with a set of up to NOK 30 million.
