Norway – Alarm-monitoring services – EB23/7 Procurement of safety technology

Oslo municipality, c/o the Health Agency, Section for Welfare Technology (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure in two stages for a contract for safety technology for Oslo municipality. Oslo municipality has a broad spectrum of service recipients of various welfare technological services. The tenderer's services shall be provided as a SaaS and maintained and operated by the Tenderer as a part of the tenderer's standard service. The service provider ́s services include the hire of units during the agreement period. The agreement includes the following main deliveries: - Establishment and operation of the tenderer ́s service platform. - Hire of units - Annual operation and maintenance in accordance with the agreed service level. Standard upgrades - Support/User Support -Training -Integrations The agreement includes the hire of the following main services: - Stationary safety alarms for use in the home. - Portable safety alarm for use in and outside the home, including possibilities for localisation. Passive notification and digital visual inspection.
