The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (FA) to assist the Council’s delivery and implementation of planning services. This includes Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Reviews, Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Appropriate Assessment (AA), Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), Ecological Impact Assessment and other related ancillary services
